Delete your SmartRideAI account

This page gives users and app reviewers a clear route to request deletion of a SmartRideAI account and associated vehicle profile data. If you are signed in, the dashboard gives you the fastest account deletion flow.

You can still submit a deletion request below. For security, SmartRideAI may ask you to confirm the request from the registered email address before deletion is completed.

Deletion request

Deleting your SmartRideAI account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage app store subscriptions in the relevant app store account. We may retain limited records where required for billing, safety, fraud prevention, tax, dispute handling, or legal reasons.

What is removed

Account access, vehicles, garage profile data, public vehicle pages, media references and social connections are removed where the active system can delete them.

What may remain

Limited billing, subscription, tax, moderation, fraud prevention, dispute and security records may be retained when required.

App stores

iOS and Android subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play and verified with RevenueCat. Cancel app store subscriptions as well as deleting the SmartRideAI account.
